Author and comparative economics professor at Sciences Po in Paris. He has worked with numerous Italian publications, including Il Corriere della Sera, La Repubblica, Il Sole 24 Ore, and Il riformista, since 1996. Additionally, he worked with Radio24. He is the director of the Volta think tank, an intellectual hub active in Italy and Europe which he formed in 2016. At the age of 22, he released his debut book, Un grande future dietro di noi, which addresses the issues facing young Italians. The book contributed to the national discussion on the subject and led the daily La Stampa to name him "man of the year." Since then, he has written a number of other essays that examine social change, social evolution, and the impact of the new economy on society and politics.
