Emanuele Trevi
Novelist, essayist, and critic. In 2021 he won the Strega Award for his novel Due vite, the story of the parallel lives of writers Rocco Carbone and Pia Pera. In his career he wrote several critical essays and edited books on international writers and philosophers, such as John Fante, Emilio Salgari, Goffredo Parise, Henri Michaux. He made his narrative debut in 2003 with the novel I cani del nulla; in 2012 Something Written was nominated for the Strega Award. He has written and writes for several publications and literary reviews, as Rai Radio3, Nuovi Argomenti, Il Corriere della Sera, La Stampa, Il manifesto.
